Bookings and Payments:
All bookings made with Sanatan Yatra must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made via our website, over the phone, or in person. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation fees are as follows:

- If the cancellation is made 15-29 days or more before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 10-14 days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made 9 days or less before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
Travel Documents:
It is your responsibility to ensure that all your travel documents such as passports, visas, and insurance are valid and up to date. We recommend that you check the relevant authorities for any updates or changes before booking with us.
Itinerary Changes:
Sanatan Yatra reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or mode of transportation if deemed necessary. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest, we may have to cancel or reschedule the tour. We will try our best to provide you with a suitable alternative or refund your booking cost.
Health and Safety:
We take your health and safety seriously. You must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs at the time of booking. We may require a medical certificate or additional information to ensure your safety and comfort during the tour.
Liability:
Sanatan Yatra is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or injury during the tour. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Conduct:
We expect all our customers to behave respectfully and responsibly during the tour. Any disruptive or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the time without a refund.
Privacy:
Sanatan Yatra respects your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to
any third party unless required by law.
